General Conditions:
All signs are built per U.L. specifications and are tested and inspected prior to shipping from Cal-Sign Wholesale. It is the responsibility of the party receiving the shipments to thoroughly inspect each product to be free of any visual damage. Should there be a malfunction with the product, the buyer must notify Cal-Sign Wholesale prior to taking any action. (see warranty options)

Any work or repairs on signs under warranty without notifying Cal-Sign Wholesale, voids any warranty. Any defective products that qualify for warranty, must be returned to Cal-Sign Wholesale before a replacement or credit is given.

Common Carrier Shipments:
If a product is damaged during freight by a common carrier, it is the responsibility of the party receiving the shipment to file a claim with the carrier. Cal-Sign Wholesale will not be held responsible for damages incurred between shipment from Cal-Sign Wholesale and final destination.

Product Guarantee:
All signs manufactured by Cal-Sign Wholesale are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from date of invoice or ship date, whichever comes first, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship not caused during shipping or faulty installation. Defective components will be repaired or replaced during this period without charge, however, removal and re-installation labor, along with travel expenses, will not be reimbursed.

Upon notification by the buyer, Cal-Sign Wholesale will replace the defective parts that are under Cal-Sign Wholesale warranty Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

The manufacturer of some components (Ballasts, Transformers, etc.) used in the final product may have a longer warranty period which will be passed on to the buyer.

Terms of Sale:
1) Where credit has not been established: 50% Deposit with balance C.O.D.
2) Established Accounts: Net 30 days.
